Hi, I’m Nicole VanMetre! I’m a wife, mom of two, and proud West Virginia native who has called Martinsburg home for most of my life. I attended West Virginia University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree along with two master’s degrees—so you could definitely say I’m a Mountaineer through and through!
For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a mortgage loan officer, and there’s nothing I love more than helping people take one of the biggest steps of their lives—buying a home. Whether it’s a first home, a new home for a growing family, or simply finding the perfect place to call home, I love getting to know my clients, guiding them through the process, and making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I truly can’t wait to help make your dream of homeownership a reality!
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and friends, working out, or traveling in search of a new coffee shop to try. And if I’m not working out, there’s a very good chance you’ll find me in sweats, curled up on the couch watching Netflix!
